Through strategic planning, Nexthermal has developed a manufacturing and sales location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India to help better serve our customers. Nexthermal India is a wholly-owned subsidiary by the same trust as Nexthermal headquarters. Nexthermal also has a sales office in Dongguan, China primarily used to serve the Chinese market.
How Does India's Facility Help?
Nexthermal’s US headquarters has manufacturing capabilities for cartridge, coil, and Nextflex heating elements. US manufactures cartridge heaters at a 10-day average lead time. Nexthermal India manufactures cartridge heaters as well as tubular heaters, temperature sensors, and controllers.
Though the Indian facility also serves the Asian market, US Customers may opt to have their cartridge heaters built in the India facility. Lead times will be a bit longer, however customers will be able to save on the cost of the heater while receiving the same, high quality heaters you would expect from our US facility. With a stocking ageement, the delivery time becomes irrelevant as they will be sent based on your schedule.
The India facility also has a highly-capable engineering team with the ability to perform thermal analytics and testing. Nexthermal India can help with design, prototyping, and testing small and large assembly projects at a better cost.
What's different?
- Nexthermal India has their own sales, marketing, and engineering team. The reason for this is that many of their customers are in different industries that are much more prevalent in the Asian market and not found in Western markets.
What's the same?
- Both facilities manufacture cartridge heating elements that fall under the same ISO, UL, CSA, and CE standards. Whether ordered from the US location or the India location, you won’t find a difference in quality.
- Both products are manufactured using the same common source and materials.
- The machinery and equipment used to manufacture the products are the same.
