Schedule: Monday-Friday (Weekends as Needed)

What You’ll Do:

  • Become a Thermal Solution Consultant: Dive deep into your customers’ applications, understand their pain points, and collaborate with them to develop custom thermal solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate lasting partnerships with key decision-makers in your territory, becoming their trusted advisor for all things thermal.
  • Drive New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities, utilizing your strong communication and presentation skills to showcase the value of Nexthermal’s solutions.
  • Deliver Results: Achieve and exceed your sales goals year over year, contributing to Nexthermal’s continued growth and success.

Education and Skill Requirements

  • Ability to Present, Convince
  • Preferred experience in industrial heating or electrical components
  • Sales Experience Preferred
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Curiosity to learn about new applications and opportunities to offer solutions
  • Demonstrate the ability and desire to work within a team environment.
